Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, its Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences and its School of Law, gave the lecture “International Legal Regime of Treasures and Shipwrecks”, given by the doctors, Álvaro Cordón, Lawyer, alternate member of the Superior Electoral Court of Guatemala and Manuel Villa García, lawyer of Peru, expert international in law and served as moderator, the Edward Veras Vargas, president of the Regulatory Commission «Santo Domingo MMXXIII«.
The academic activity was part of the “IV International Convention of Historians and Numismatists Santo Domingo MMXXIII”, the main numismatic event of the year in Spanish, where there was a commercial convention in parallel to talks and presentations on the history of numismatics.
