The School of Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Arts at Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) held the webinar “Mental health and my professional performance” under the direction of Blas Valenzuela, M. A. and Perla Navarro Vásquez, M. A.
The speakers addressed stress and anxiety, mental exhaustion, impostor syndrome, and other related subjects. Architect Alan García, the academic coordinator of the school, gave the welcome.
