Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña, through the faculty of Humanities and Education and the School of Psychology, held the webinar The present on the relations of unions with the participation of Salomón Flores, a specialist in Human Resources.
The activity aimed to share some strategies of services, communication, and management, facilitate the development of appropriate relations with the representatives of unions, and guarantee work stability.
Professor Orquídea Altagracia Jimenez Arias gave the welcome words and approached subjects the following: Members of the union; acknowledge the union as an internal client, and strategies to strengthen and potentiate the relations with the union.
