Office of the Vice Rector for Graduate Studies

Internationalization is a process of developing and implementing policies and programs to integrate international and intercultural dimensions into the missions, purposes, and functions of the University.  Through internationalization we formalize the benefits of international cooperation for the University community as a whole.

The importance that we lend today to internationalization in higher education is enormous, especially because it introduces the concepts that will establish directives for the paradigms of globalization applied to education: Regionalization, Collaboration, Cooperation, Integration, Academic Mobility, Alliances, Innovation, IT´s and professional and labor Competencies, among others.
